Using OIG 12c REST API "Completed" Requests Are Not Retrieved Using "pendingApprovals" View (Doc ID 2704969.1)

Using below rest Api we are getting only pending approval but not the completed ones.

iam/governance/selfservice/api/v1/requests?view=pendingApprovals&q=state eq Any

The OIG REST API document says "In view=pendingApprovals mode we can filter the pending request's with the filter param "q=state eq assigned", where state could be Any, Assigned, Completed, Suspended, Withdrawn, Expired, Errored, Alerted, Information Required.". 

When the filter param is set as "q=state eq Any", all the requests are retrieved except Completed. Even with filter "q=state eq Completed", the Completed requests are not retrieved.
