OID 11g / 12c : AD OID DIP Synchronization Stopped Working with Error "Ignoring change" Post AD Host Change (Doc ID 2705756.1)

AD to OID synchronization via DIP was working fine. Requirement was to change the old AD host in the DIP profile to new AD host which are replica of each other.

Post following the below article synchronization stopped working.

( Doc ID 735248.1 ) How to Align / Realign / Change / Reset the DIP Server AD Synchronization Profile''s Last Applied Change Number (LACN / orclodipConDirLastAppliedChgNum) When Changing the AD DC Server Host or IP Address

AD users ( Creation and modification) from new AD should get synchronized to OID via DIP profile.

1. AD entries creation/modification were not getting reflected on OID via DIP. But Last applied change number was getting incremented.

2. DIP log file wls_ods1-diagnostic.log showed below errors.
