On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Identity Self Service

Some of the requests randomly failed before invoking the target composite itself. Below is the exception.

An error occurred while initiating approvals for request 256883. The corresponding error message is Unable to instantiate the workflow process due to:
oracle.iam.platform.workflowservice.exception.IAMWorkflowException: Unable to instantiate the workflow process due to: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException
