Symptoms

Capture process abends with the following errors at downstream configuration.

ggserr.log

ERROR   OGG-02870  Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, <capture>.prm:  Missing Log File WAITING FOR DICTIONARY REDO. Read Position SCN: Unknown.
ERROR   OGG-00662  Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, <capture>.prm:  OCI Error ORA-02003: invalid USERENV parameter
                               (status = 2003).
ERROR   OGG-01668  Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, <capture>.prm:  PROCESS ABENDING.
