Frequent Error In Osb Node Logs : Aggregation Server Not Available. Failed To Get Remote Aggregator (Doc ID 2707148.1)

Symptoms

Customer is seeing the below error frequently in one of the osb node logs in cluster environment.
Aggregation Server Not Available. Failed to get remote aggregator
javax.naming.CommunicationException: Failed to initialize JNDI context, tried 2 time or times totally, the interval of each time is 0ms.

Also below mentioned error has written in log file
