OEMM Harvest of a Schema with Single Package Does Not Import the Package (Doc ID 2707613.1)

On Oracle Enterprise Metadata Management (OEMM) 12.2.1.3 version, harvesting a schema with only a single package does not import the package.

This issues can be reproduced following steps:

1. Create a new, empty database schema.

2. Create the following Package:

4. Perform Harvesting and observe that the package is not imported.
