Symptoms

After logging into Oracle WebLogic Server Administration console 12c: Error is showing in Change center box as: An unexpected error condition has been detected. Details have been recorded in the admin server log.

Even after clicking on Domain Structure -> Security Realm same error is populating in summary of Security Realm box.
