Exalogic Virtual: EMOC Bui Fails to Start/Stop Guest VServers (Doc ID 2708114.1)

Symptoms

The EMOC Job runs for about 2 hours then transitions to the "Abort" and "Failed" States.  The Guest vServer is also seen in the "Running" state in the OVMM Bui and eventually transitions to the "Stopped" State.  The following errors and warnings are seen in multiple EMOC log files:
