Symptoms

When attempting to start OHS after upgrading OHS to 12.2.1.4, the following error occurs.

The following steps reproduce this issue:

1. Install OHS 12.1.3 or 12.2.1.x and configure new domain

2. Start and stop Node Manager and OHS

3. Upgrade to 12.2.1.4

4. Start Node Manger and OHS

Changes

Upgrade from 12.1.3 or 12.2.1.x.
