Unable to access the CS native UI after migration to new host using Template Builder (Doc ID 2710667.1)

Unable to access the CS native UI (e.g., http://<host>:<port>/cs) after migration to new host using Template Builder.

WebCenter Content 12c was migrated using template builder as described in below KM note.

After migration, UCM was started and went into RUNNING state. Tried accessing the CS native UI, but received a 404 error.

Reviewed the server log and found the following error.
