To assist with the interpretation of information provided in the OC4J_BI_Forms application.log when Forms Listener Servlet tracing is enabled. Tracing might typically be enabled in order to investigate a Forms hanging / screen freeze issue, or generic errors like FRM-92050, FRM-92100.
