Publish Failing with -508 Error When Publishing ScalarVals Visitor Attribute: ORA-00001: unique constraint violated (Doc ID 2711914.1)

Symptoms

Publish Failing with -508 Error When Publishing ScalarVals Visitor Attribute

When attempting to publish a Visitor Attribute (ScalarVals asset) to the destination, the publish fails with a -508 error

In the Realtime publish log, the following error is seen:

[ERROR] [Unpacker] To ensure data integrity, data in this publish was split between 1 groups. 1 of those did not complete successfully. Please check the logs.

[SAVED] [RESOURCE] TABLE_ROW:1111111111112

[SAVED] [RESOURCE] ScalarVals
[ERROR] [CacheFlusher] Done flushing pages for those assets that were saved
[FAIL] [__JobMonitor__] Completion status: FAIL
[TIMINGS] [__JobMonitor__] Messenger timings: global 1001ms, log writes 0ms, progress reports 900ms, asset status 11ms, send/receive 422ms
[-] [-] Publish failed for approved assets (error number: -508).



On the destination sites.log, the following error is seen:
