The Update Button On The Imaging Search Results Page Does Not Work When SSL Is Offloaded At Load Balancer (Doc ID 2712228.1)

Symptoms

When trying to configure WebCenter Content: Imaging with SSL offloaded at a load balancer, users are able to log in to the application using the load balancer VIP. However, when clicking the Update button on the search results page, the Update screen is blank and metadata is not able to  be updated.

The Update button works if the load balancer is bypassed.

Due to security requirements, the VIP on the load balancer cannot accept unencrypted traffic (http).

The environment topology is: client (SSL)> load balancer (SSL terminates) > WebLogic Imaging server.
