Symptoms

Unable to register extract while trying to set up a downstream configuration.
The extract registration fails with error below:

2020-09-11 15:20:09  ERROR   OGG-01755  Cannot register or unregister EXTRACT E1 because of the following SQL error: OCI Error 23605. See Extract user privileges in the Oracle GoldenGate for Oracle Installation and Setup Guide.
