Goal

With the password policy turned off in the database target (password_verify_function is set to null), using % would work in Active Directory and OIM, but failed in the Database User Management Connector Password Updated Process task (shown as rejected). Is there a way to wrap the password (in DBUM connector) in double quotes so that the database would accept more special characters like %?
