Is It Possible to Cluster File Transfer Services Listeners in OAG? (Doc ID 2714545.1)

Goal

An external partner in a particular environment will log on to the environment and drop a file to be processed by a clustered OAG gateway.  If node one is down in this cluster, the partner is  automatically not able to log on at all.

Once node one comes back up, they can log back on and drop the file to be processed.

Based on this activity, it would appear that the cluster is not able to handle the failover of the listener.

What changes have to be made to the environment for the failover to occur?
