Problem Connecting To SOA Through SSL And The WSDL (Doc ID 2714753.1)

When running the below statement to check and see if this is happening in SOA we ran the following:

http://SOA_SERVER:SOA_PORT/inspection.wsil/?html=true

Then when using the SSL port we return the NON-SSL port for each composite.

Customer has set up SSL on port 8004 and the resulting port is 8003 which is non ssl.

Following error is showing in the webcenter when he tries to add the connection settings,
