DLQ Messages Are Not Getting Deleted From Queue (Doc ID 2715044.1)

In the Admin console its seen that DLQ messages are not getting deleted.

The configuration was the following -

'Time-to-Live Override' is set as 172800000 'Overrides' section.
In 'delivery failure' section, 'redelivery limit' is 0 and 'Expiration Policy' is Discard.

Messages are not getting deleted after 24 hours automatically from the DLQ.
