String Multiple PullDown Attribute Not Saving When Value Has Single Quote (Doc ID 2715112.1)

Symptoms

PullDown Attribute is not saving when value has Single Quote.

Setup:
1) String (multiple) attribute
2) PULLDOWN attribute editor for type string which uses a queryassetname:
  e.g.
   TestQuery
3) Query asset which selects values from a table.
  - SELECT {column} AS VALUE FROM {table} ORDER BY {column}

Behavior:
- When selecting the values with single quote, after save they are not displayed in edit mode when the attribute editor as selected.
  - Inspect screen shows the attribute value was saved.
- Switching back to edit mode shows the attribute value still not selected, and saving at this point removes the attribute value.
