Symptoms

 After applying a WLS Patch Set Update (PSU), the SOA diagnostic log files are no longer being written to.

 However, the Log and Out files for the Admin and managed servers are being written to as expected, but the diagnostic logs have not be updated since the PSU was applied to the system.
