Evaluate User Policy Job Updates CheckBox Attributes On The AD Account Process Form (Doc ID 2716436.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 08, 2022

Applies to:

Identity Manager - Version 12.2.1.3.0 and later
Identity Manager Connector - Version 12.2.1.3.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When the "Evaluate User Policy" job evaluates an AD provisioned or reconciled account it updates the checkBox attributes on the accounts process form from <null> to 0 even if the AP process form has no values for these checkboxes.

This leads to invalid updates on the AD target and unnecessary process tasks getting triggered.

If the initial AD Account was provisioned from OIM then the process tasks which get kicked off are:

- Password Never Expires Updated
- Terminal Allow Login Updated

If the initial AD Account was reconciled from AD then the process tasks which get kicked off are:

- Password Not Required
- Terminal Allow Login
