EBS Portlet Dispalys Error "Portlet Consumer Error" in WebCenter Portal Page (Doc ID 2716949.1)

An EBS portlet displays below error on a WebCenter Portal page:

"Portlet Consumer error"

The managed server log shows:

oracle.adf.model.portlet.binding.PortletBindingException: Unable to get portlet response for portlet instance ID portlets/<PORTLET_ID> for portlet binding <PORTLET_ID>.

Caused by: oracle.portlet.client.persistence.PersistenceInvalidReferenceException: Id '/oracle/adf/portlet/<EBS_ID>/portletDefs/portletEnWFWORKLISTJSR168PORTLETdefault' not found
