Capture PDF To TIFF Conversion Errors " Failed To Launch CaptureOITExport Message" (Doc ID 2718073.1)

Symptoms

Capture document conversion is not working using a Document Conversion Job to convert incoming PDF documents to TIFF images.

While performing a PDF to TIFF conversion on an Oracle Solaris on SPARC (64-bit) OS, the following error occurs:

oracle.odc.docconverter.DocExportException:
oracle.captureexportservice.CaptureExportServiceException: Failed to launch
CaptureOITExport


After applying patch in Bug 31550495, the following error occurs on a document conversion"


Error occurred while
processing batch.[[
oracle.odc.docconverter.DocExportException:
oracle.captureexportservice.CaptureExportServiceException:
CaptureOITExport crashed before acknowledging session

How can this be resolved?
