Unable to Login The Clustereed Enviroment When User Access Second Node. (Doc ID 2718260.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Clustered WebCenter Sites (WCS) that is upgraded from 11g to 12c.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When user access node.1 on upgrading clustered environment , they could log in the instance.

However , they couldn't log in node.2.

Webcenter Sites application has clustered but CAS application has not being clustered.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User can log in via both nodes.
