Symptoms

After Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) 11g to 12c upgrade was completed successfully, the configuration files in staging directory <DOMAIN_HOME>/config/fmwconfig/components/OHS/instances/<Instance_name> were reviewed, and many of the custom configuration entries are not included in the upgraded 12c configuration files, such as Location container entries.
