Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS3 (OAM 11.1.2.3) - OAM Federation throws AmRuntimeException: Exception in parsing Obrareq request (Doc ID 2718514.1)

Symptoms

Customer has an application which go to a custom login page and after the credential and user is validated the browser redirect to the Obrareq with a different port (initial port is <FRONT-END-PORT>) and then going to OAM is being redirect to the OHS <PROXY-PORT> and causing error -

at oracle.security.am.proxy.oam.pbl.plugin.OAMProxyEngine.handleOAMLoginRequest(OAMProxyEngine.java:451)
at oracle.security.am.engines.enginecontroller.OAMEngineController.processEvent(OAMEngineController.java:213)

 

If on the browser the port is deleted and then re-submit the request again, user is being sent to the landing page.

 https://<FRONT-END-HOST>:<FRONT-END-PORT>/oam/server/auth_cred_submit → https://<FRONT-END-HOST>:<PROXY-PORT>/obrar.cgi?... 

OHS is in front of an F5 and proxing OAM.
