Goal

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, Fabric

SOA 12C - Wrong Config Version

We observed , when navigating in EM console:
SOA -> soa_infra -> SOA Administration -> BPEL Properties -> More BPEL Configurations..

then at the bottom, the Version shows value 11.1.0
