Symptoms

An Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) scenario was exported using ODI Studio and providing an export key.

Importing that xml file to another ODI environment (same version) using the below startcmd command fails:

The import of the same scenario and providing the same export key using the ODI Studio is successful.
If the scenario is exported using the ODI Studio without an export key the Command line startcmd.sh OdiImportScen also works.
