Unable To Download Image From WebCenter Content: Imaging

Symptoms
Users are unable to download a document from the Imaging Viewer and see the following error in the client:
Unable to add any document to the zip
The logs show the following error:
java.io.IOException: No such file or directory
at java.io.UnixFileSystem.createFileExclusively(Native Method)
