Goal

What database privileges/roles are required to install SOA 12.2.1.4.0 RCU schemas on an Oracle database. Your DBA will not allow full privileges.

These are the tasks that must be completed as part of the installation:

1. Run script script_systemLoad.sql as SYS user.
2. Run RCU.
3. DBA runs second script script_postDataLoad.sql.
