Corba Server Build Command "buildobjserver" Returns "error #2349: no operator ">>" matches these operands" in Tuxedo 12.2.2 (Doc ID 2723207.1)

Symptoms

While building CORBA server application server, first the C++ file is generated using Tuxedo CORBA "idl" command for "SampleApplication.idl" file:

 

How to resolve above build error for Corba application?

The same build "SampleApplication.idl-->SampleApplicatio_c.cpp-->SampleApplication_binary" generation worked correctly in Tuxedo 10.3.
However, same .idl file gives "error #2349" for AUTO generated CPP files "SampleApplication_c.cpp" in Tuxedo 12.2.2.
