Symptoms

When trying to create a Distribution Path from OnPremise GoldenGate MicroServices to OCI Marketplace GoldenGate creation fails with:  

ERROR| Exception, killing the path userX (userX)
WARN | Path killed. (userX)
ERROR| ERROR OGG-08518 Oracle GoldenGate Distribution Server for Oracle: Request on path userX failed, which is caused by 'The network connection could not be established.'. (Thread 16)
