BPMN Audit trail not showing for instances (Doc ID 2725512.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to view the audit trail in enterprise manager for an instance that was migrated from 11.1.1.7.8 to 12.2.1.3 an error occurs



"Instance details not available for the selected instance. The user may not have permission to view instance details, or it may be a stale instance"


Cause
