Symptoms
The nmconnect Fails for OHS startup after Solaris patches and JDK 1.8 Update 261.
Solaris patches applied to bring the system up to 5.11 11.4.25.75.3. Oracle HTTP Server then failed to start with an nmconnect error via startComponent.sh. Manual attempt via WLST and nmconnect fail too.
