Large XML Files(10 MB) Not Processing For File Adapter (Doc ID 2727005.1)

Goal

We are having an issue with files of 10MB or greater are not getting picked up by the file adapter in SOA 11g(11.1.1.7.0). Anything above 2 MB is not getting picked by file adapter and i don't see any errors in SOA logs. Is there any set up that we need to do at console level to handle large XML files.
