When trying to update a human task an error occurs:

"ORABPEL-10101 Error while updating task"

In the logs the following exception may be seen:


ORABPEL-10101 Reassign/Approve/Reject Error while Updating a Human Task

We have recently upgraded IPM 11.1.1.9 to 12.2.1.4. We are not able to Reassign/Approve/Reject invoice and we are getting the below error while updating the Task.
