SSL connection fails from WebLogic Server to Microsoft SQL server after JDK upgrade from JDK 1.7_99 to JDK1.7_271.

Following error is seen after enabling SSL debug logs.

Upgrade JDK 1.7_99 to JDK1.7_271 for WebLogic Server 10.3.6.
