ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Upgrade Oracle FMW from 12.1.3 to 12.2.1.4 and in the process of code migration.

OJMigrate utility putting version as 12.2.1.3 in pom.xml instead of 12.2.1.4 for SCA(SOA Composite Applications) projects.
