Symptoms
During the upgrade of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Repository from 11g to 12.2.1.4, the Upgrade Assistant (UA) summary report does not show the names of all Integration Interfaces that failed to convert to ODI 12c Mappings.
The numbers and Interfaces failed are inaccurate. For example:
