Tuxedo TMS Server Fail to Boot with Error LIBTUX_CAT:6050 (Doc ID 2728683.1)

Symptoms

On Tuxedo 12.2.2.0  TMS server fail to boot with error LIBTUX_CAT:6050 in remote node in MP mode when "LAN,XPP" OPTIONS is set and in OPENINFO use ***** password encryption. If not using XPP in OPTIONS or not using 5 STARs(*****) in OPENINFO then this problem do not happens. The failure only happen in secondary node. The following error occurs.
