SOA 12.2.1.4 Callbacks Are Not Processed On Retired Composite

Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Fabric
Composites in Retired state do not process asynchronous callbacks.
Changes
Deploy 2 composites: Service1 and Service2.
Run the test on Service 1
Service1 will call Service2 and will wait for asynchronous callback response.
Service2 will receive request from Service1 and will wait for 90seconds, then will send the callback to Service1.
When Service1 is switched to Retire during waiting for the asynchronous callback response, the callback will not be process and the instance will remain Runnig forever.
