In Exalogic Virtual racks, Sometimes we notice issue of few Guest vServers status shown as unreachable state from EMOC BUI console.

At the time of the issue we notice below error messages in Proxy Controller cacao logs (either PC1 or PC2 whichever manages OVMM asset).
