Symptoms

Required fields not editable in Contributor UI WebView mode, when creating asset via New Insite Start Menu.

Steps to reproduce:
* In Admin UI, created New Insite start menu item, for asset definition that has require field(s)
* In Contributor UI > Content > New > select the newly created New Insite start menu
* Next select Layout > Any template > Enter Asset name > Continue
* Next the Sites UI goes to Web View and a Green bar displays the following message:
