Symptoms
Starting with OIM 12.2.1.3 attempting to bulk load accounts into OIM using oim_blkld.sh will fail with the error:
"One or more input required parameters passed to procedure 'oim_blkld_pkg_account_load.oim_blkld_sp_account_recon' are NULL
Exiting Utility ...."
The error appears even though all requested attributes are provided during script run.
