Goal

On : 12.2.1.4, B2B Engine.

SOA Servers going to WARNING state with STUCK threads when processing more than one 997 from the same partner for a single outgoing message.

Following queries are seen for each such blocking query when 997s are being attempted to consolidate. More than one soa server is trying to get row lock correlating incoming 997. Since duplicate 997s are arriving where each soa server gets one, hence leading to row lock contention.
