Getting "Document Service Unavailable Error" When Accessing Content Repository Server From Portal (Doc ID 2733465.1)

Symptoms

Getting "Document Service unavailable error" when accessing the Content Repository server from WebCenter Portal using one of the content task flows.

WC_Spaces-diagnostic.log log shows the below information:

<Warning> <oracle.webcenter.doclib.internal.view.DoclibUIException> <WCS-07239> <Unexpected error
oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.ServiceException: Unable to retrieve configuration information. Permission denied. Address '<IP_ADDRESS>' is not an allowable remote socket address.
