Goal

1. Is it appropriate to assume extraction failure will always result in the "m_responseType" of the ServiceResponse object to be a BINDER
2. Is it appropriate to assume in case of extraction failure, error message will be logged in "StatusMessage" of the DataBinder of ServiceResponse object
3. Is it appropriate to assume that in case physical file is not available at source system, StatusMessage will always have the below content
"Error accessing file 'fileName.extension' for download. The error was caused by an internally generated issue. The error has been logged."
4. Is it appropriate to assume that extraction success will always result in the "m_responseType" of the ServiceResponse object to be a STREAM
