Goal

WebLogic Server pack/unpack does not carry over WebLogic accounts:

Recently copied an existing WebLogic domain to a new location on the same server, using pack/unpack. This domain has 13 WebLogic accounts in the Securty Realm area.

After starting up the domain in the new location, noticed that the WebLogic accounts were missing. There were just three accounts there, one being 'weblogic' and the other two being default ones that comes with WebLogic. All of the custom accounts were gone.

Why did the accounts not carry over to the new location?
