Symptoms
Page Text Field type attribute not accepting single quotes (')
Contributor UI Inspect mode the content is displayed, in Edit Mode, the content is blank.
Issue is replicated with below steps:
1. Login to Contributor UI
2. Edit a Page asset
3. Edit the text attribute field to include a single quote (')
4. Save the Page.
5. The text attribute field is blank.
6. Inspect the page, the content is visible.
Issue is only replicated in Sites 12.2.1.4.0 (Patchset 4):- Version: 12.2.1.4.0, Build Time: 20190912.1809, Revision: 185908
