Resource History Page does not Show Tasks When Accessed via OHS Front End (Doc ID 2735341.1)

Symptoms

When open the Resource History page via OHS front end, the page is loaded, but there is no tasks shown.

When open the Resource History page via the OIM managed server host/port, the page is loaded and the tasks come up correctly on the UI.
